Afternoon pain = 2
Evening pain = 1

Breakfast = Rice Chex Cereal and Chamomile Tea
Lunch = Grilled Chicken Sandwich w/Am. Cheese and cucumbers - Chips - Water
Dinner = Grilled Steak, Asparagus, Portobello Mushrooms - Water
Snack = Milk and Sugar Cookies
