Movies with Grandma

Today Cindy was in pain all day. Pain level was about 4-5. Cindy took Urelle a couple of times during the day. She also starting taking singular.

Breakfast:
French toast
Milk
Green tea

Lunch:
Cereal
Milk

Dinner:
3 chicken fingers, and pretzels at the movies.

Pain level at night about 2-3. She is going to bed early. She took urelle at night. She is still irratated from the Urodynamics. It seems she does great, and then when she goes to the doctor is only to make feel worst.

Urodynamics & Dental Appointment

Today was a doctor day for Cindy. She woke up with a 5 pain level. We don't why.

Grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce and American cheese

Dinner:
Grilled chicken with IC spices
Water
Corn bread stuffing and carrots

After the urodynamics Cindy was given a urelle and an antibiotic. Pain level tonight 7. Cindy took urelle again, and the medicine fridge.

Mountain View Park Day

Pain in the morning of about 5. It went down later on to a 0.75 Cindy had to drive 2 hours going, and 2 hours coming back. As we know, the driving is not good for her.

Raisin Brand (???)

Lunch:
Grilled chicken sandwich with American cheese, olive oil, fresh spinach leaves, cucumber, and olives.

Carrots and a few fritos

Dinner:
Roasted chicken with no seasoning
Little chicken gravy, mash potatoes
and plain green beans, and blueberries

Ron is taken to the hospital

Today Cindy took Ron to the hospital...he was feeling dizzy and had pain on his shoulder.

Pain level 0.25 Cindy went back to the dentist because the crown was too high. She has pain in her teeth on the left side.

Dropped girls off at YMCA for summer camp.

Pain level was 0.5 Cindy had an appointment with the dentist to set a permanent crown. She has pressure pain on her teeth.

Day at the beach - riding bikes

Cindy went bike riding on the boardwalk with us. She did ok. Her pain level was 1.5.

All the kids loved it (they had spaghetti)

Pain level at 9:00 PM 1.5. Much less stressful day, and not much walking.

Hamburger on a roll, mushroom and garlic
corn on the cob
a couple of tator tots (mini-hashbrowns)

During the park, there was 0 pain. Pain level in the afternoon 0.5, and night it went up to 2. As far as pain levels:

3 toothache pain
4 definetely, requires pain killer
8 pain so severe, Cindy cries

half of burger (plain burger)

Couple of pieces pie crust
Organic vanilla milk

Pain level 1 at night. No more headaches, and the neck pain was not too bad.
