Breakfast:
Half-Belgium waffle with maple syrup
1 egg
toast and butter
Lunch:
1/2 cheese sandwich
water
Dinner:
Broccoli rabbe
Garlic bread
Milk
Snack:
Belgium waffles with vanilla ice cream
Milk
Pain level at 9:00 PM 1.5. Much less stressful day, and not much walking.
