Pain level in the morning 2.5 - 3
Breakfast:
Frosted mini-wheats, milk, and toast
Chamomile tea
Lunch:
No lunch
Snack:
Monterrey jack cheese
Dinner:
Haddock with butter (baked)
half of burger (plain burger)
Watermelon
Couple of pieces pie crust
Organic vanilla milk
Pain level 1 at night. No more headaches, and the neck pain was not too bad.
