Pain Level = 0
I'm tired today, but I don't feel sick at all.
Breakfast - Raisin Bran (not too many raisins) w/1% milk and peppermint tea w/bottled water
Lunch - plain american cheeseburger w/fried and bottled water
Dinner - 1 piece of roast beef, corn, and small salad (lettuce w/olive oil, garlic power and salt)
Snack - vanilla ice cream (Turkey Hill brand) and caramel and water
Glass of milk.
