Easy day at work...backing up her computer. Yesterday, Cindy thought she had lost everything on it. We are sad, as I am back in Mexico for the project, and she is back in Philly. We had a great time in Austin.
Breakfast:
Cheerios and green tea
Lunch:
Oatmeal
Salad (not much)
Dinner:
Chicken nuggets, green beans
French fries
Milk
Pain level during the day 5, and at night 5. Tough day for Cindy. It could be the visitor.

Oh my goodness! Stay away from the green tea! Even white tea has caffeine. We LOVE Advocare ReHydrate, an electolyte replacement soft drink that helps to replace fluids. The bonus is that ReHydrate contains Arginine, an amino acid that helps with circulation and recovery. Our favorithe flavor is grape and we put it in the freezer until the ice crystals just start to form. www.GetAdvocareOnline.com
If you have to have tea, I found this post about some Celestial Seasonings herbal teas that may be IC friendly http://villasillo2008.wordpress.com/2008/07/17/interstitial-cystitis-and-tea/.
For your monthly symptoms, take a look at Advocare Fem 20.
