Cindy drove back 6 hours from Pittsburg and she was feeling it!
Breakfast:
Cheerios with milk, Chamomile, and blueberry muffin
Lunch:
Steak salad (lettuce, cucumber, olives, olive oil on top, and egg)
Snack:
Potato chips and a small cinnamon bun
Dinner:
A little bit of beef roast and a glass of milk
Couple of string beans
Prelief
During the day the pain level was 3-4, and at night 2.
