Woke up with a pain level of 1
Breakfast:
Bowl of Honey Chex
Bagel with cream cheese, and butter
Cup of Chamomile tea
Lunch:
Cheesesteak small with olives, American cheese (subway)
Bottle water
Potato chips
Dinner:
Egg sandwich on an english muffin
Late snack:
Graham crackers
Pear
At night a very high pain level of 5. Thinking it was the graham crackers.
