Today Cindy thought she had an appointment with the IC specialist, and they asked for a referral, and when she called her urogynecologist, they told her that they didn't give referrals. So...she went ballistics, and had an argument with her now, past, urogynecologist - Dr. Laurie Kane. There seems to be a difference between a referral and a consultation form.
Breakfast:
3 waffles
1/2 bowl of almond vanilla crunch with milk (a little)
Lunch:
Cheeseburger from Venice with lettuce and pickle (one bite - no effect!)
French fries
Water
Afternoon snack:
rice crispy treat
Dinner:
Fried chicken breast
Mixed vegetables
A couple of tator tots (mini-hashbrowns)
Brocolli rabbe with garlic
Cannellini beans
Vanilla ice cream (Breyers)
3 glasses of whole milk
Pain level 1 before going to bed she did some IC physical therapy on her own.
